Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Welcoming customers while respecting ACCOR scripts and standards
  • Handling check-ins for member and VIP clients
  • to be the creator of the customer experience
  • Handle and follow up on customer complaints in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all rooms allocated to VIPs are inspected and that amenities are in place before check-in.
  • Personalize the service according to customer needs
  • Schedule courtesy calls to ensure the smooth running of the clients' day;
  • Providing a proactive, tailored, intuitive and transparent service when handling customer requests
  • Optimize revenue through upselling
  • Monitor customer feedback, share it with management, and propose action plans.
  • Participate in the recruitment of ALL clients
  • Populate the customer preferences database
  • Participate in the strategy adopted by the ACCOR group and the owner
  • Contribute to improving the hotel's RPS score
  • Responding to and managing customer complaints
  • Adhere to the internal standards and procedures of the ACCOR group and the owner.
  • To directly ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications
