Job Description
- Welcoming customers while respecting ACCOR scripts and standards
- Handling check-ins for member and VIP clients
- to be the creator of the customer experience
- Handle and follow up on customer complaints in a proactive and professional manner.
- Ensure that all rooms allocated to VIPs are inspected and that amenities are in place before check-in.
- Personalize the service according to customer needs
- Schedule courtesy calls to ensure the smooth running of the clients' day;
- Providing a proactive, tailored, intuitive and transparent service when handling customer requests
- Optimize revenue through upselling
- Monitor customer feedback, share it with management, and propose action plans.
- Participate in the recruitment of ALL clients
- Populate the customer preferences database
- Participate in the strategy adopted by the ACCOR group and the owner
- Contribute to improving the hotel's RPS score
- Responding to and managing customer complaints
- Adhere to the internal standards and procedures of the ACCOR group and the owner.
- To directly ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Degree in hotel management or accommodation
- Oral and written communication skills
- Sense of listening and empathy
- Sense of organization
