We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, particularly in the realm of agent-based systems, and will be passionate about designing intelligent agents capable of making autonomous decisions in complex environments. The successful applicant will have a solid background in machine learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning, as well as experience in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI frameworks and toolkits. This role requires a creative thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to leverage cutting-edge technologies to develop solutions that drive efficiency and enhance user experiences. Desired Candidate Profile

- Design and develop AI systems with a focus on agentic behavior and autonomy within defined parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software and systems.
- Conduct research to explore advancements in agentic AI and assess their relevance to organizational goals.
- Implement and optimize algorithms that enable AI agents to make decisions in real-time based on dynamic inputs.
- Evaluate the performance of AI models, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring responsiveness to user needs.
- Develop testing protocols to validate AI agent behavior and ensure reliability and safety in diverse environments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and best practices in AI ethics and governance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on system architecture, design choices, and user guidelines.
- Facilitate training sessions to educate team members and stakeholders about AI technologies and their applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to curate and preprocess datasets for training agentic AI models.
