Job Purpose:
To participate in preparing and implementing the agricultural sector plan in the assigned areas, ensuring proper execution and follow-up with subordinates. The role involves managing expansion, contracting, cultivation, and supply operations, providing technical support to farmers and team members, and ensuring crop monitoring and care to achieve the company s production targets.

• Supervise and guide subordinates in implementing agricultural operations.

• Communicate with farmers and companies to explain contracting systems and achieve company targets.

• Execute and follow up on agricultural sector plans in the assigned area, covering expansion, contracting, and cultivation to meet production requirements.

• Provide technical support to farmers and subordinates, ensuring crop care and management.

• Prepare and submit agricultural data (cultivated areas, pesticide delivery, agricultural services).

• Implement the daily supply plan to secure factory needs.

• Maintain continuous communication with farmers to resolve any issues during planting and harvesting seasons.

• Monitor the performance of field representatives and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Apply company policies, procedures, and management instructions, and ensure subordinates compliance.

• Execute daily work plans and share reports with the Traditional Agriculture Manager.

• Collaborate with the Extension Manager in expansion, contracting, guidance, and supply operations.

• Contribute to setting and achieving agricultural department goals in assigned areas.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

• Prepare accurate and timely reports to meet the sector s requirements.

• Perform any related tasks as instructed.
