Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Contribute to the preparation and execution of the agricultural plan, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Follow up on expansion, contracting, and cultivation activities, providing timely updates and reports.
- Implement and monitor supply activities, ensuring a steady flow of resources for agricultural operations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to farmers and subordinates, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Monitor crop growth and development, implementing best practices to achieve optimal yields and quality.
- Collaborate with the factory team to ensure crops meet the required targets and specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest agricultural technologies and innovations, exploring opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of agricultural activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Represent the company at agricultural events and conferences, building relationships with industry stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop management, and farming techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using agricultural machinery and equipment is essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with agricultural software and data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and flexibility to travel as required for work.
