Agrochemical Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of agrochemical production, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations.
Monitor production processes and equipment, identifying and resolving any issues to maintain optimal efficiency.
Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent product quality.
Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers, raw material usage, and finished product inventory.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.
Collaborate with the quality control department to ensure products meet required specifications.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce costs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years specifically within the Agricultural Chemicals industry.
Specific Skills: Proficient in agrochemical production processes and computer applications (MS Office Suite, production management software preferred).
Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
Working Schedule: 6 days
