Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking AI Automation Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, integrating, and managing multiple automation processes into a unified AI-driven agent. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of modern automation tools and workflows.

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end AI automation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI through intelligent automation.

  • Lead the identification and prioritization of automation opportunities across various departments, focusing on high-impact areas.

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

  • Manage a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and automation specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in AI, automation, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing AI-driven automation solutions.

  • Demonstrates expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
