About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented AI Solutions Developer to join our innovative tech team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI-powered applications that solve real-world problems and enhance business processes. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring intelligent solutions from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms tailored to business needs
• Build scalable AI-driven applications and integrate them into existing systems
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
• Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency
• Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies to continuously improve solutions
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain AI systems to ensure reliability and robustness
• Document development processes and provide technical support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other AI specialties
• Knowledge of data engineering and database management
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies
