AI Specialist – Business & Operations Enhancement Alliad Company DMCC

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist to integrate artificial intelligence capabilities across multiple business functions. The role involves leveraging AI tools and methodologies to enhance decision-making, improve workflows, optimize documentation, and ensure compliance with technical, financial, legal, and operational standards. This position will play a key role in supporting all departments by identifying gaps, providing insights, and suggesting improvements that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Contractual Support

· Evaluate technical proposals for gaps, weaknesses, and inconsistencies; provide AI-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Review contracts with clients and suppliers, identifying risk areas and suggesting revisions to ensure clarity, compliance, and value protection.

· Analyze official letters and correspondence, improving clarity, tone, and professionalism.

Legal & Compliance Assistance

· Support in legal matters by identifying potential risks, drafting improvements, and suggesting areas of concern.

· Assist QA and QHSE teams in enhancing documentation accuracy, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement practices.

· Provide insights for developing and refining SOPs and policies across all departments.

Operational & Departmental Improvements

· Collaborate with the catering department to optimize menus by analyzing trends, customer feedback, and cost efficiency.

· Design and implement workflows and schedules to improve coordination, efficiency, and accountability across teams.

Financial Support

· Assist the finance team with compliance to IFRS standards.

· Provide advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment through AI models and tools.

Cross-Functional AI Enablement

· Continuously identify and implement AI applications across all business areas, including automation, reporting, knowledge management, and customer engagement.

· Serve as an internal consultant to departments, recommending tools and methods where AI can create measurable value.
