AI Success Manager Leuwint Technologies Pvt Ltd

We are looking for an experienced Success Manager with strong AI and Advanced Analytics exposure to lead and support AA & AI use case squads across business units. The role involves enabling end-to-end delivery—from setup and development to production rollout and value realization—while ensuring smooth stakeholder collaboration and governance.

Lead the setup of AA & AI use case squads, including role identification and coordination with multiple Business Units (BUs).

1. Coordinate with the Analytics Platform Administration Manager to:

   • Set up required infrastructure

   • Request and manage access for squad members

2. Support AA & AI squads during the model development phase by resolving bottlenecks and dependencies.

3. Partner during the operationalization phase to ensure smooth transition of models into production.

4. Work closely with ABP and BUs to drive change management and adoption of AI outputs into BAU processes.

5. Manage operational governance by tracking and reporting:

   • Use case progress

   • Development stages

   • Value realization milestones

6. Support COI, BU, and Finance teams in defining and implementing impact-tracking methodologies for AI use cases.
