Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement air pollution control systems, including filtration, scrubbing, and other technologies, to meet regulatory requirements and optimize performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive air quality assessments and monitoring to identify sources of pollution and evaluate the effectiveness of control measures.
  • Select and specify appropriate filtration media and equipment, considering factors such as particle size, flow rate, and operating conditions for optimal performance.
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance of air pollution control equipment, ensuring proper operation and identifying potential issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) or similar.
  • Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in air pollution control or industrial filtration within the manufacturing sector.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of air quality regulations (e.g., EPA standards) and permitting processes.
