Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform routine cabin maintenance, minor repairs, and appearance improvements including seats, furnishings, carpets, vinyl, and interior panels.
Conduct heavier cabin maintenance tasks during scheduled base checks, including structural repairs, panel replacements, galley and lavatory refurbishment, and large scale interior component changes.
Rectify cabin defects during line operations, ensuring quick turnaround support and maintaining cabin reliability and functionality.
Troubleshoot and repair cabin systems, seating mechanisms, galley equipment, lavatories, and soft furnishings.
Follow approved maintenance manuals, technical data, and company procedures for all cabin tasks.
Coordinate with other cabin and maintenance teams to complete tasks within operational timeframes and support on time aircraft departures.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and replaced parts meet applicable standards and airworthiness requirements.
Maintain high safety, quality, and housekeeping standards throughout all maintenance activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
High School/Vocational Diploma or equivalent; technical qualification in Aircraft or Cabin Maintenance preferred.
3 5 years of experience in cabin, interior, or aircraft maintenance depending on role scope.
Strong understanding of cabin interior systems, seat mechanisms, galley/lavatory components, and associated materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and follow approved procedures.
Good troubleshooting, mechanical, and problem solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under time constraints in line, base, or hangar environments.
