Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Airport Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Airport Manager to oversee the daily operations of our airport . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation of the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the airport, including flight scheduling, aircraft handling, and passenger processing.

2. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations, including ICAO and IATA standards.

3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and experience.

4. Manage the airport's budget, including forecasting, planning, and controlling expenses.

5. Liaise with stakeholders, including airlines, ground handlers, and regulatory authorities.

6. Lead and manage a team of airport staff, including supervisors, customer service agents, and operations personnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Airport Certified Employee (ACE) or Airport Management Professional (AMP) certification.

3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in airport management or a related field.

4. Fluent in English, with Arabic language skills an advantage.

5.Strong knowledge of airport operations, safety and security regulations, and customer service principles.
