Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Supervise office staff and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to support business operations.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
- Handle scheduling, meetings, and internal communications.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Monitor office budgets and control administrative expenses.
- Prepare reports and assist management with planning and decision-making.

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience in logistics or freight companies is an advantage.
