About Al Thuriah Group

Al Thuriah Construction started as a small contracting company that built the school fence of Lycee Libanais Francophone Prive in Dubai, its first ever project in 1996. Back then, the company was mainly engaged in the construction and development of small plots and low-storey buildings across the neighbouring emirates of Dubai and Sharjah. Thenceforth, the journey from humble beginnings went on to cross many milestones. In 2004, Al Thuriah Properties was established and eventually flourished as the premier property developer in the land. Our portfolio includes excellent quality developments for residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Our initial offering was Sahara Tower 1, the first residential tower of our 6-building compound, Sahara Complex, the iconic gateway to Sharjah located in Al Nahda. Additionally, we have developed a stunning collection of 3 high-rise Future Towers built in Al Khan. With Al Thuriah's name being recognized, in 2009, Al Thuriah introduced the facility.
