Aluminium Factory Manager

Dubai, UAE | Manufacturing | Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Factory Manager to lead and oversee the production of aluminium doors, windows, and façade systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily factory operations, production planning, and workflow

  • Supervise fabrication of aluminium doors and windows

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards

  • Monitor production efficiency, material usage, and workforce productivity

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams

  • Maintain health & safety compliance across the factory

  • Oversee machinery maintenance and factory resources

  • Manage and lead factory staff and supervisors

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in aluminium doors, windows, or façade manufacturing

  • Proven experience in factory/production management

  • Strong knowledge of aluminium systems and fabrication processes

  • Ability to read technical and shop drawings

  • Experience with CNC machines and production equipment

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • UAE experience is highly preferred
