Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparing questionnaires for graduates and distributing them and entering their data.
Continuous and vigorous communication with the alumni community.
Monitoring and updating the graduates' data periodically and continuously.
Communicate with graduates to participate in the activities organized by the university.
Communicate with external parties to find out what job opportunities they have for our graduates.
Work on preparing the monthly Alumni E-newsletter.
Organizing events and activities for graduates.
Work on integrating the graduates into the university's social media pages.
Attending courses and events for the alumni community.
Writing Reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proficiency in both Arabic and English language, spoken and written.
Good command of Computer use, particularly MS office programs.
Strong communication skills, courteous and people friendly personality.
2 years related experience, fresh graduates can also apply.
