Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and liaise between the company and UAE Government authorities.

  • Handle online filings and submissions across various portals.

  • Manage UAE official smart apps and government websites.

  • Process government-related services including employment permits, entry visas, medicals, immigration, labour, consulates, and business licensing.

  • Assist employees and clients with all government-related services efficiently.

  • Manage trade license applications, renewals, cancellations, and amendments (Mainland & Freezones).

  • Support the Corporate Team in client service and PR coordination

  • Liaise with authorities such as DED, MOHRE, MOFA, DHA, Municipality, Notary Public, etc.

  • Process employment visas/work permits and monitor renewals.

  • Handle residence visa renewals and compliance tracking.

  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a PRO in UAE

  • Strong knowledge of government procedures, portals, and regulations

  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory

  • Valid UAE driving license is required

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills

  • Immediate availability preferred
