Role & responsibilities

Candidate Profile
Approx 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in the Automotive Industry.
English Speaking must
Job Description
Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems, and reducing rejection level & rework.
Online Inspection, Final Inspection, Non-conformance recording, Root Cause Analysis, & Implementation of counter measures.
Rejection/Reworking
Responsible for coordinating with the production team and the customer for resolution of problems.
In house callibration of Instruments.
Responsible for follow up, feed back & all document control.
Knowledge of Kanban, JIT, Poka Yoke, QS-9000, TS 16949, TPM etc. will be preferred.
