Roles & Responsibilities

Caliber Brands is a fast-growing consumer products company specializing in premium and innovative kitchen appliances and lifestyle brands across the Middle East and international markets. The company focuses on building strong brands through strategic distribution partnerships, market expansion, and consumer-centric innovation, with a strong emphasis on quality, performance, and modern design.

We are currently in the process of hiring a strong Performance Marketing candidate as an addition in our marketing team.

  • Own daily campaign setup, keyword research, manual bid adjustments, and budget allocation across Amazon and Noon

  • . Constantly test, tweak, and push every dirham to work harder — no ‘set and forget’ here. Run A/B tests on creatives, placements, and targeting to find what truly scales profitably.

  • Take product listings from zero to hero — build visibility, scale conversions, and dominate performance through data-driven optimization

  • ion. Use Helium 10 and marketplace tools to craft, refine, and upgrade titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and A+ content.

  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure every product page converts like a dream and aligns with ad strategy.

  • Audit listings regularly to maintain top rankings and conversion consistency across both platforms.

  • Deliver the best ROI on ad spend (ACOS, TACOS, and total profitability) across both Amazon and Noon.

  • Plan, monitor, and hit performance metrics that drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and Noon accounts — you know both Seller & Vendor Central like second nature.

Proven mastery of Helium 10 and marketplace analytics tools — you can find winning keywords in your sleep.

Strong agency management skills — you can guide, evaluate, and align external partners toward ROI-driven outcomes.

Track record of scaling sales, improving ACOS/TACOS, and turning data into action. Relentless follow-up — you chase your numbers, your tasks, and your wins.

Bias to action — you test, learn, and execute before others finish talking.

Must work full-time on-site in Dubai.
