Ambulance Driver

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of all medical equipment and instruments in the ambulance.
• Driving the ambulance to evacuate the patients and injuries to the hospital according to the instructions.
• Keeping the ambulance ready for use at any time.
• Transmitting and receiving the wire and wireless calls.
• Assisting the rescuers when dealing with patients and injuries.
• Performing the precaution maintenance for the ambulance, keeping it clean, and updating its registry.
• Repairing the simple breakdowns which happen to the ambulance.
• Applying the principles and general safety rules during the work.
• Applying the traffic and regular maintenance instructions.
• Carrying out any other tasks charged to him within his field of work.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Secondary school certificate.
• Training course or experience in ambulance driving.
• Valid general driving license.

Skills and Competencies:

• Good knowledge of the traffic systems and city quarters.
• The ability to work under different circumstances.
