Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee AMC contracts for SIRA-approved security systems.
Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance visits.
Ensure all systems comply with SIRA regulations and standards.
Liaise with clients regarding maintenance schedules, service reports, and system upgrades.
Coordinate with technical teams for site inspections and troubleshooting.
Maintain documentation, service reports, and compliance records.
Support SIRA inspections and approvals when required.
Prepare AMC renewal proposals and follow up for contract renewals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in AMC management for CCTV/Access Control/ELV systems in the UAE.
Good knowledge of SIRA regulations and approval processes.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
