Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for Android devices. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly mobile solutions.

This role is ideal for a developer who is passionate about clean code, modern Android architecture, and delivering seamless mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using modern development standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services
  • Conduct code reviews and participate in technical discussions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical standards

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
  • Familiarity with Firebase services
  • Knowledge of unit testing and UI testing frameworks
  • Experience publishing apps on Google Play Store


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Android development
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java
  • Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Understanding of mobile app performance optimization and security best practices
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred
