Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to distributors and end customers across the MENA region within the industrial automation sector.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions based on their operational needs.
  • Support the sales team during pre-sales and post-sales activities, including preparing technical proposals and product selection.
  • Participate in customer meetings to present automation solutions and provide technical expertise.
  • Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements and follow up on ongoing opportunities.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, application optimization, and resolving technical issues related to automation systems.
  • Support installation and commissioning activities for automation products and solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical training sessions for customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver customized automation solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate up to 2 years of experience; exposure to the industrial automation field is an advantage.
  • Basic to good knowledge of pneumatic and electric automation technologies with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with engineering or automation software tools is considered an advantage.
