Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the implementation of gaming applications across CMS platforms, including slots, tables, cage, etc.

  • Maintain and update technical documentation, user manuals, and SOPs for gaming systems.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and business users to identify and resolve system issues and enhancements.
  • Provide end-user training and support on system usage and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement of support procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to working across departments and with external vendors.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting business needs, especially in pre-opening and ramp-up phases.
  • Bachelor s degree required in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in IT support, gaming systems, or ITIL are advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing application support within a gaming or integrated resort environment.
  • Experience with industry-standard gaming software and systems such as Casino Management Systems, slot systems, and table game technologies.
  • Familiarity with vendor tools and regulatory compliance within the gaming industry.
  • Pre-opening experience in a hospitality or casino environment is an asset.
