Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Provide application support for web-based systems built on .NET / ASP .NET / ASP .NET Core

  2. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, bugs, and errors

  3. Analyze user requirements and provide technical support solutions

  4. Handle incident management and ensure timely resolution

  5. Perform database operations (SQL queries, data validation, troubleshooting)

  6. Support deployment and maintenance on IIS servers

  7. Work with development team to fix defects and improve system performance

  8. Maintain and monitor API integrations (Web API)

  9. Ensure system availability and performance optimization

  10. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports

  11. Provide end-user support and training when required

  12. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operations

  13. Perform basic testing and validation after changes or deployments

  14. Ensure proper backup, data integrity, and security practices

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Strong knowledge of C sharp, .NET, ASP .NET, ASP .NET Core, and Web API

  2. Basic to intermediate experience in SQL and database handling

  3. Understanding of application support, troubleshooting, and debugging

  4. Familiarity with IIS server configuration and deployment

  5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  7. Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)

  8. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly

  9. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

  10. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  11. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  12. Basic knowledge of API integrations and system monitoring

  13. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
