Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all lifting operations, ensuring they adhere strictly to approved procedures and safety protocols to mitigate risks.

  • Conduct thorough pre-lift inspections of lifting equipment, including cranes, slings, and rigging gear, to verify their serviceability and compliance.

  • Plan and supervise complex lifts, including load assessments, route planning, and identifying potential hazards to ensure safety.

  • Provide clear and concise instructions to lifting teams, including crane operators and riggers, to guarantee coordinated and safe execution.

  • Provide training for lifting teams.

  • Preparation of lifting plans.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a relevant high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of knowledge and understanding.

  • Holds a recognized certification in Lifting Operations(LEEA), showcasing a formal qualification in the field.

  • Has a minimum of 6 years of experience in lifting operations within the construction or oil and gas industry.

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of lifting equipment, including cranes, slings, and rigging gear, showcasing equipment expertise.

  • Previous TQD approval required
