Job Overview

Safa British School is seeking experienced and highly motivated Arabic Teachers to join our exceptional team for the upcoming academic year. We are looking for professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality learning and contributing positively to our school community.

Qualification and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in Arabic
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Arabic as a first language.
  • A proven track record of high-quality teaching, learning, assessment, and the ability to support student progress in line with KHDA requirements.


Desired Candidate Profile

A recognised teaching qualification (Bachelor s degree in Arabic Language or equivalent, with a valid teaching licence and eligibility for KHDA approval).

A strong understanding of the UAE Ministry of Education Arabic Framework, including curriculum expectations, standards, and assessment requirements across the year groups.

The ability to plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and inclusive lessons that ensure high levels of student progress.

A commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.

Passion, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to continuous professional growth.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work closely with students, parents, and colleagues.

A sound understanding of Assessment for Learning (AFL), differentiation strategies, and data-informed teaching practices aligned with KHDA expectations.
