Roles & Responsibilities
GPS Marketing Agency is looking for an Arabic Marketing Manager with a strong digital agency background to lead client accounts, manage creative teams, and deliver full-scale marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Only candidates currently based in Dubai or the UAE will be considered.
What You’ll Do:
* Develop and grow client accounts with strong strategic oversight
* Lead and supervise the creative team (designers, videographers, editors) from briefing to final execution
* Create content plans, creatives, and all deliverables to ensure contract fulfillment
* Manage lead generation initiatives aligned with client objectives
* Create and present comprehensive marketing strategies (concept to execution)
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
* Act as the main bridge between clients and the internal team, understanding needs and ensuring smooth communication
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Experience in Real Estate, Healthcare and Education is a must
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
Fluent in Arabic and English with strong client-facing skills
Minimum 4+ years in a digital marketing agency, leading creative teams and complex projects
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, copywriting, and UX
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail
