Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and BIM models using ArchiCAD
- Prepare detailed design packages, authority submissions, and construction drawings
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and specialist consultants
- Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations, codes, and authority requirements (DM/DDA/Trakhees)
- Participate in design development from concept to IFC stage
- Assist in resolving site design issues and RFI
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD (mandatory) at least 4 years
- Strong knowledge of Dubai building regulations and authority processes
- Experience in residential and mixed-use projects
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and coordination
- Strong detailing skills and construction knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English
