Architect & Creative Design Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
• Prepare schematic designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
  
• Contribute to façade design, interior spatial planning, and material selection.
  
• Coordinate design intent with engineering and construction teams
• Develop creative architectural presentations and concept boards
• Produce artistic visualizations and design storytelling materials.
  
• Contribute to branding aesthetics within architectural projects.
• Design custom furniture and interior elements aligned with project identity.
• Develop interior styling concepts, color palettes, and material schemes.
  
• Create bespoke design features for premium environments
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and walkthrough animations.
• Develop immersive visual presentations for clients and investors.
  
• Create visual storytelling content for marketing and presentations.
• Assist in project branding, signage, and visual identity elements.
  
• Design presentation layouts, brochures, and marketing visuals.
  
• Support corporate branding initiatives when required.
• Present design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, and design narratives.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
