Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and animations for real estate projects (exteriors, interiors, landscapes, and master plans).
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to translate conceptual designs into realistic visual outputs.
  • Produce architectural visual content for marketing, sales, and project presentations (e.g., brochures, 3D walkthroughs, and virtual tours).
  • Optimize 3D models, materials, and lighting to achieve photorealistic quality.
  • Ensure brand and project consistency across all visualization materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest visualization trends, techniques, and software relevant to real estate development.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide creative input on design aesthetics, layout, and presentation techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in architectural visualization, with a strong portfolio in Dubai real estate development projects.
  • Expertise in leading 3D rendering and visualization software.
  • Solid understanding of architectural drawings, layouts, and design principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistently high-quality renders.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with VR/AR visualization or animations is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing requirements and branding in Dubai.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is desirable.
