Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and certified Architect with Dubai Municipality Certificate to enhance our architectural team. This role demands a professional who not only brings their expertise in design but also holds a valid certification recognized by the Dubai Municipality, ensuring compliance with local regulations on building and safety codes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee architectural projects, ensuring that designs meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize your Dubai Municipality certification to navigate and adhere to local building codes and zoning laws.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision, presenting architectural plans that align with their expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop integrated design solutions.
  • Conduct site visits for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to approved designs and safety standards.
  • Review technical documents and ensure compliance with design specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects on best practices and compliance requirements in Dubai's regulatory environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Holds a valid Dubai Municipality Certificate.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience with a proven track record in Dubai.
  • Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and relevant applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai's construction laws, building codes, and sustainability practices.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and completed projects.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
