Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Summary We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman for our premium luxury interior fit-out client, with strong experience in luxury interior fit-out and custom furniture detailing. The selected candidate will work closely with the Creative Director and Architect to produce accurate, execution-ready technical drawings. The role requires precision, speed, and a deep understanding of custom furniture production and site coordination. Key Responsibilities · Prepare detailed joinery and shop drawings for custom furniture pieces · Develop layouts for wardrobes, kitchens, vanity units, wall paneling, custom doors, and feature walls · Prepare Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP), flooring, marble layouts, wall elevations, and sections · Revise and update drawings quickly based on design changes or site feedback · Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for accurate site implementation · Verify site measurements and ensure production-ready drawings for the factory · Maintain consistency with hardware coordination, veneer direction, shadow gaps, and joinery alignment
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Experience · Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in interior fit-out · Experience in luxury villas/high-end residential projects · Strong portfolio showcasing technical drawings (not just renders) · Immediate joining required Technical Skills · ArchiCAD – proficiency required · AutoCAD – advanced level mandatory · Ability to work within BIM workflows · Strong understanding of custom furniture production detailing · Hardware coordination (hinges, sliders, mechanisms) · Marble slab layouts, door/skirting alignment, and ceiling/joinery coordination Personal Attributes · Fast, responsive, and detail-oriented · Able to handle rapid design changes under pressure · Strong coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams · Fully office-based and immediately available during working hours Application Requirements Candidates must submit: · Portfolio including technical drawings · Shop drawings of custom furniture · RCP and detailed section examples · Proof of UAE interior execution experience Benefits & Joining · Salary: 5,000 – 7,000 AED (depending on experience and technical strength) · Visa sponsorship · Medical insurance · Supportive and collaborative work environment · Opportunities for professional learning and skill development
