Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and modeling : Creation of detailed plans, sections, elevations and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp
- Technical and feasibility studies : Feasibility analysis, structural calculations, and choice of materials (ecological construction, restoration)
- Project and administrative management : Drafting of technical specifications (CCTP), preparation of building permit application and work planning
- Site supervision : Coordination of companies and tradespeople, monitoring of compliance, safety and budget
- Customer support : Advice and expertise throughout the project
