Clement Design

• To determine furniture configurations for clients such as H (and potentially also for other clients (example: real estate developers)

Job responsibilities:

• Furniture placement in Autocad plans provided by clients, respecting ergonomic rules (circulation corridors, opening of furniture doors and windows/French doors, etc.)
  
• Creation of configuration tables showing, for each type of room, the furniture related to those rooms
  
• On-site verification of the plans by the client, prior to contracting, to ensure the reliability of the proposal.
• Measurements taken for all furniture requiring it: headboard spaces, built-in spaces for wardrobes and dressing rooms, general confirmation of bedroom dimensions
• Photos taken of the rooms
  
• Identification of the correspondence between electrical outlets and the planned locations, and proposals for solutions where applicable.
  
• Detailed measurements are taken before manufacturing to determine the precise dimensions of the furniture to be made.
  
• Reporting to the Director all difficulties related to construction at the client's site (alert role)

• Architect (graduate)
• Desired experience: 3-5 years (depending on the project)
• My proficiency with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Good understanding of technical and regulatory constraints
• Analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
• Good communication skills and team spirit
