Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operational management & field presence
- Conduct regular store visits in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with operational, commercial and merchandising standards.
- Supporting store managers in the continuous improvement of performance.
Animation & communication
- Facilitate regional meetings with store managers.
- Disseminate management guidelines, commercial strategies and merchandising.
- Sharing best practices between stores in the region.
Sales Performance & Analysis
- Define quantitative and qualitative objectives for Store Managers.
- Compile, analyze and present the region's business results.
- Identify growth drivers and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement action plans to develop or improve sales figures.
Team management and development
- To manage, supervise, train and motivate store teams.
- to evaluate individual performance and identify strong potential for development.
- Identify training needs and plan appropriate sessions (products, sales, customer service).
Recruitment & Human Resources
- Participate in the recruitment of store managers and sales teams, in collaboration with the HR department.
- Supporting the integration and monitoring of new employees.
Reporting & conformit
- Write follow-up reports after field visits.
- Report and document non-conformities, disputes or deviations from procedures, in compliance with hierarchy and internal rules.
- Propose appropriate corrective actions.
Experience required
- 3-5 years minimum experience in Retail
- Managing multiple points of sale or field teams (Store Managers, VMs, etc.)
Comp tences cl s :
- Sales performance management: Revenue, KPIs, UPT, conversion rate, average order value.
- Analysis of results and implementation of action plans.
- Operational management: Compliance with procedures, brand standards and merchandising.
- My mastery of reporting tools.
- Ability to plan and organize field visits.

- Leadership and natural authority.
- Ability to motivate, guide and refocus teams.
- Excellent communication between the field and management.
- Sense of responsibility and strong professional ethics.
