Area Manager (Kuwait)

Amaken is currently hiring an Area Manager for an international fast-casual franchise brand, based in Kuwait. The brand currently operates 18 Elevation Burger units in Kuwait, with over 200 team members.


The Area Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple store locations, directly coordinating and supporting all activities, including people management, efficient manpower allocation, sales monitoring, customer engagement, product integrity, and ensuring an optimal customer experience across all assigned stores.


Responsibilities:


* Analyze store sales and profitability by creating and implementing strategic plans.

* Manage all aspects of staff movement and vacation planning.

* Ensure all stores remain within approved cost budgets.

* Manage cost of goods and implement consistent plans to reduce costs.

* Work closely with the Training Department on succession planning.

* Be responsible for all inventory and stock movements.

* Oversee store-level marketing efforts, including developing seasonal promotions and events that attract new customers.

* Review customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and positive aspects to be emphasized in future promotions.

* Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports covering all aspects of store performance and present them to the Operations Manager.

* Examine financial data and use insights to improve profitability.


Qualifications:


*Minimum of 7+ years of management experience in fast-casual operations.

*Computer literate.

*Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
