Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing strategic partnerships with general contractors, sub-contractors and consultants, directly influencing the modernization of the GCC s infrastructure and shaping the future of connected construction. You will have the autonomy to hunt for new logos while managing existing accounts, ensuring your impact is felt across every phase of the construction lifecycle.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead market growth by hunting for new logos and expanding our footprint within assigned areas of the GCC mid-market (excludes KSA) in the AECO sector.
  • Orchestrate a high-impact sales pipeline, managing end-to-end cycles from initial prospection to closing complex SaaS deals.
  • Drive strategic collaboration by preparing professional, winning proposals and responding to critical RFIs and RFPs for major regional projects.
  • Cultivate influential relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate their digital transformation journey.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of direct sales success in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, specifically within the AECO industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas in the Middle East market.
  • Natural communicator with the confidence to interact productively with stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels.
  • Advanced negotiation and closing capabilities with a commitment to strategy and long-term customer relations.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of direct sales success in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, specifically within the AECO industry.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas in the Middle East market.

Fluency in Arabic to further strengthen regional client relationships.

Direct experience selling into the areas of GCC mid-market specifically for general or subcontractors.

Technical proficiency with Salesforce.com for advanced pipeline management.
