Position Overview
Leams Education in Dubai is seeking an Art Teacher to join its British curriculum school. This role is suited for creative educators with a strong background in fine arts who are passionate about inspiring students and fostering artistic expression. The Art Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, cultivating creativity, and maintaining an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse student populations.
Core Duties
- Teach a variety of art forms within the British curriculum framework
- Inspire students to explore and develop their creativity and artistic skills
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom that encourages self-expression
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art into interdisciplinary projects
- Contribute to extracurricular and school-wide art activities and exhibitions
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related discipline (Master s preferred)
Prior experience teaching art, preferably within a British curriculum school
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
Preference for candidates available to join immediately
