Desired Candidate Profile

• Project management qualification (desirable)

• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish

• Familiarity with project life-cycles

• Understanding of procurement, evaluation, and reporting requirements

• Experience in managing project finances and stakeholders

• Experience in project or programme management

• Experience of using technology in project delivery

• Understanding and experience of supporting monitoring and evaluation

• Background in fundraising and sponsorship for events

• Arts and Culture project management skills

• Business development skills

• Understanding of Qatar's culture and arts sector

• Understanding of the UK culture sector (a plus)

• Proficient in managing projects, communicating and influencing, managing risk

• Account and partnership management skills

• Planning and organizing

• Finance and resources management

• Commercial and business development skills

• C1 proficiency in English

• Arabic speaker preferred

• Strong project coordination and execution skills

• Ability to work within structured timelines and service frameworks

• Experience working in fast-paced project environments

• Strong stakeholder communication and workflow management capabilities
