JOB PURPOSE:
To assist internal staff in resolving maintenance-related issues through effective process management. This includes providing support, managing incidents, and communicating about faults and service requests. The role involves delivering user support and customer service via telephone and company-supported applications, monitoring relevant software, and keeping requestors informed about next steps and expected timelines to manage their expectations

JOB VACANCY : Asset Property Coordinator with Healthcare Experience.
We are currently looking for Asset Property Coordinator with UAE Experience to join our hospital.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Asset Receiving & Verification
· Receive all controlled assets in coordination with procurement and end users.
· Verify delivered items against Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices.
· Inspect assets for accuracy and damages upon receipt.
· Coordinate with Biomedical team for medical equipment receiving and acceptance.

Asset Registration & Documentation
· Assign unique barcodes to all controlled assets.
· Record asset details in the Asset Management System (e.g., description, serial number, custodian,
location, cost)
· Ensure proper documentation including Receiving Forms, GRNs, invoices, and acceptance reports.
· Perform 4-way matching (PO, Invoice, GRN, Receiving Form)
Asset Tracking & Control
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in the system.
· Monitor asset movement, custody, and location changes.
· Ensure assets are used only for their intended purpose.
· Enforce compliance with asset control procedures.
Experience: - 3–5 years of experience in asset/property control or similar role Experience in healthcare or large organizations is an advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Language: English and Arabic (Preferred)
