Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL & Finalization
  • Review and monitor day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly & year-end closing activities
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and statutory requirements
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements & analysis
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders
  • Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure process adherence
  • Work closely with management on budgeting, cost control & reporting
  • Ensure accurate accounting records in Microsoft Dynamics 365

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6–9 years of accounting experience with mandatory UAE exposure
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of end-to-end accounting & finalization
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – mandatory
  • Sound knowledge of UAE VAT, audits & statutory compliance
  • Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
