Assistant Coach Football

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting structured football training sessions for children (ages 4 16) following Nexgen s curriculum.
• Support squad development and contribute to achieving positive results in tournaments.
• Assist in planning and executing academy camps, events, and leagues.
• Contribute to academy operations, administration, and parent engagement.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and an enjoyable learning environment during sessions.
• Track player progress and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Support new initiatives such as after-school and in-school programs.
• Maintain a professional, approachable attitude with players, parents, and colleagues.
• Be flexible to support academy administration and operations in addition to coaching duties.

Requirements

• Valid football coaching certification (UAE FA / AIFF / UEFA Licence).
• Minimum 1 2 years of experience coaching children or youth (academy/school level).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
• Ability to contribute to both coaching and academy operations.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• First Aid Certification.
