Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct structured training sessions for players aged 4 16, aligned with Nexgen s football curriculum.
• Drive squad development with the goal of achieving strong results in competitive tournaments and leagues.
• Plan, organize, and execute academy camps, events, and tournaments successfully.
• Identify and establish after-school/in-school programs, ensuring their success and growth.
• Manage and mentor coaching staff, ensuring quality and consistency across sessions.
• Monitor player development, prepare reports, and communicate progress effectively with parents.
• Build and maintain strong parent relationships through regular communication and engagement.
• Contribute to strategic planning and overall academy growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Valid football coaching certification (UAE FA / AIFF / UEFA Licence).
• Certificate or strong knowledge in Sports Management.
• Minimum 2 3 years of coaching experience at youth academy/school level.
• Proven experience in leading squads and achieving competitive results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about football, youth development, and community growth.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid First Aid Certification.
