YOUR ROLE


As Assistant Communications Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how the hotel is seen, felt, and experienced across digital and visual platforms. You will create and manage engaging visual content that elevates brand visibility, supports commercial objectives, and authentically reflects the individuality of each outlet while remaining true to Rosewood s brand standards.

Through design, photography, videography, and creative storytelling, you will help position the hotel s rooms, restaurants, events, and wellness offerings in a way that inspires connection and drives engagement. Working alongside internal stakeholders and the Director of Communications, you will ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence across all digital and print assets.


HOW YOU LL MAKE THE PLACE


  • Design and deliver high quality visual assets for social media, digital platforms, advertising, and hotel collateral
  • Create engaging content that supports marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives
  • Ensure all digital and print touchpoints including the website, in room iPads, signage, and menus are current and brand aligned
  • Capture and edit photography and videography that reflects the hotel s storytelling and sense of place
  • Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and visual directions for campaigns and projects
  • Collaborate closely with hotel departments and agency partners to ensure cohesive and impactful output

COULD THIS BE YOU?


  • You have at least one year of experience in a similar creative or communications role within a 5 star hospitality environment
  • You are highly creative with a strong eye for detail, composition, and visual consistency
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and confident working across digital and print formats
  • You enjoy collaborating with cross functional teams and translating ideas into visually compelling content
  • You are adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • You have a passion for branding, storytelling, and creating content that connects emotionally with audiences
