Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the achievement of marketing, communications, and public relations goals and objectives, and assist in tracking progress to report to the DOSM.
Assist in developing and implementing short- and long-term plans and budgets for marketing, communications, and public relations activities, while monitoring progress and performance.
Stay updated on trends in marketing, communications, public relations, and the hospitality industry, and support the team with insights and innovative ideas.
Coordinate and assist in conducting market research activities, and help monitor market trends relevant to the hotel.
Support in ensuring that the hotel s philosophy, mission, and vision are consistently communicated and reflected across all channels.
Assist in monitoring the use of PPC, SEO, and digital marketing activities, and help prepare performance reports for the DOSM.
Support in the development and execution of the annual 360-degree digital marketing plan.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication flow and support ongoing projects and campaigns.
