Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking an Assistant Cost Controller to join the team at one of Jordan s most iconic destinations. In this important role, you will support the hotel s finance and cost control functions by maintaining accurate records, monitoring purchasing and inventory processes, and analyzing food, beverage, and operational costs.
Working closely with the Materials Manager, Receiving Agent, and other departments, you will help ensure that all cost-related procedures are followed in line with IHG standards. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will contribute to efficient operations and effective financial reporting.

What We re Looking For:

Experience in a similar cost control or finance role within hospitality.

Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, and purchasing processes.

Proficiency in preparing cost reports, analyzing variances, and supporting F&B cost tracking.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Familiarity with hotel accounting systems and inventory software is preferred.
