Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Sales in planning and executing corporate sales strategies to expand market share.
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate accounts to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through account management, regular meetings, and personalized service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and capture new business opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and revenue analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to align initiatives and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Represent voco Dubai at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and establish new partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and manage rate agreements in line with company policies and profitability goals.
- Foster long-term client partnerships through exceptional communication and follow-up.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- 4+ years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant director role.
- Strong network of corporate clients and market knowledge in Dubai and GCC regions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales campaigns.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and hotel sales systems (Opera, Delphi, or similar).
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
