Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in managing the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Handle cost accounting tasks specific to the manufacturing industry, including cost allocation and variance analysis.

Prepare financial reports and statements in compliance with regulatory standards.

Support in the development and implementation of internal controls and financial policies.

Monitor and analyze production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and reports.

Assist with audits, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Provide financial insights to aid strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in manufacturing.

Proven experience in cost accounting and financial analysis within the manufacturing sector.

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; SAP experience is must.

Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
