Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:


The Assistant Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end financial operations, reporting, and compliance, while supporting the Finance Manager in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounting, invoicing, collections, and payments for the Dubai operations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in collaboration with department heads.
Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax laws.
Liaise with auditors, bankers, and internal teams to ensure efficient financial processes.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure adherence to company policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement and financial control initiatives.

Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA / ACCA or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years of experience managing finance functions in large organizations.
Prior exposure to engineering, ship repair, or technical services industries preferred.
Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP implementation.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask, plan effectively, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: AED 15,000 18,000
Benefits: Air tickets, medical insurance, performance bonus, annual leave, and gratuity.
